Karen inspired me with her story and so I was thinking that perhaps we could each think of something that they want to celebrate in their work with MOT. Think about your work individually or with your teachers. What is something worth celebrating?
I am celebrating your work with the teachers. I know I have said this before, but I am going to say it again. It is YOUR work with the teachers that is making my work more meaningful. Their reading and discussions of the strategies is much deeper and more comprehensive. I am getting better questions and incredible stories about how they have tried thinking aloud with their students and were "amazed" at the thinking the students had to share. Thank you all for your leadership and patience!!!
